Increasing homeownership and generational wealth.

Homeownership is a cornerstone of housing stability and generational wealth accumulation. Yet, today, far too many individuals face barriers to achieving the American dream of homeownership. The HomeServices Foundation for Housing Equity is dedicated to breaking down these barriers by increasing access to homeownership and fostering generational wealth for marginalized communities and communities of color. We achieve this through education, investment in individuals, financial assistance, and community reinvestment.

Historical Impediments to Minority Homeownership

Systemic barriers in the housing industry have served to limit housing opportunities and deny people of color opportunities to obtain generational wealth.
